Our technology consultants have a unique perspective when it comes to the approaches companies take to create and convert ideas into the new products and services that are essential for growth in a highly competitive economy. Companies have continued to invest significant sums in developing advanced technologies and the innovation processes required to deliver new products, processes and services to market. And it’s our job to ensure that they don’t fall behind in a fast-paced and competitive market.
Many internships in the industry are roles that support or shadow day-to-day activities. That’s not what ours is about. The intern programme is tailored towards developing real prototype products in the form of projects designed specifically for the interns. The skills required to undertake these projects are skills required by real technology consultants.
Using your skills and abilities, over 10 weeks, you’ll help define and apply management solutions to R&D and Innovation in a multi-disciplinary team.
What we're looking for
- On track for a 2:1 degree, or equivalent, in a science (Business Management or Technology Management or in a technical discipline featuring modules in business or technology management)
- Energy and enthusiasm to tackle engineering problems in a technical environment
- The ability to solve problems using logic and creative approaches
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Well organised with good time management skills
The start date for this role will be in July 2020.
This role is open to undergraduates in their penultimate year of university. If you intend to return to university after the internship to complete an MSc, you will also be eligible for this position.
