Are you at university and thinking about your next steps? Join the Workforce Advisory Graduate Programme and play a key role in helping organisations better manage their people while you study towards a professional qualification.
What is the Workforce Advisory Graduate Programme?
This is a two-year paid graduate programme based within our Consulting business area. Our teams help global and local businesses to ensure the right people are doing the right job for the right cost at the right time. And you’ll help us do this right!
- Get experience in Workforce Advisory specialisms like management, communications and HR transformation
- Work in teams to help clients solve people-related problems
- Travel around and outside of the UK, depending on your projects
- Develop commercially sound recommendations based on your own research and analysis.
What are the benefits?
We’ll start you off with an induction course to develop your core consulting skills so you’ll be ready to work with clients. There’ll also be frequent training throughout the two years to enhance technical and soft skills and improve your Workforce Advisory knowledge.
Throughout the programme, you’ll have access to an EY buddy and careers counsellor to help you settle in — and once you have, you can take part in further training programmes, earning EY Badges for your achievements. You’ll receive a personal fund to spend towards your wellbeing and have access to our healthcare scheme. You can join our networks and communities and pick up new hobbies or sports with friends and colleagues. Furthermore, you can give back to your local community with two volunteering days a year. Enjoy the chance to network, build connections, thrive in our inclusive, enthusiastic culture, and be valued for your contributions and unique perspectives.
If you join us in UK&I, you can choose to study towards a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resources. If you join us in Financial Services (FS), you will study towards a CIMA – Certificate in Business Accounting. If you do a good job showcasing your consulting skills, you could be promoted to Senior Consultant when you finish.
