We are looking for an enthusiastic EMEA Aftermarket Planning Regional Operator to join our team specializing in supply chain planning for our Corporate/CBS Segment in Daventry. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Key liaison for Aftermarket Planning in our new Daventry logistics centre. Process Mapping and documentation of procedures for Material Planning, Supply Planning and Customer Order Management, with focus on new processes and facilities within the region.
  • Use common diagnostic tools to identify areas for improvement and convert to action plans to enable improved planning support to meet customer needs.
  • Involvement and support in creating, maintaining and potentially leading supply chain projects across multiple sites within region.
  • Application of reports into actions that provide sustainable improvement in KPI’s across the EMEA region.
  • Working with associated teams to improve and streamline these reports.
  • Design, Creation and Maintenance of Supply Chain Tools to be used by the team and internal customers. Potentially using Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Working towards a degree in supply chain related area (planning, logistics, purchasing) or STEM degree.
  • Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel, SQL scripts, Power BI, and PowerPoint (Access and Visio beneficial)
  • Ability to understand data, solve problems, use your initiative, think innovatively while working part of a team and ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Working towards a degree in supply chain related area (planning, logistics, purchasing) or STEM degree.
