What you’ll be doing
Take the opportunity to explore commercial, safety, and risk & opportunity management techniques, while gaining exposure across several functions including Construction, Planning, Strategy, Operations and Estimating.
Contributing to high-profile projects, you’ll prepare presentations and reports, manage important contracts, and build relationships with stakeholders. You’ll gain basic engineering knowledge along the way. We’ll show you how to sharpen your interpersonal skills, enabling you to communicate with people at all levels, and ensuring everything stays on track for success.
In addition to all of this, you’ll undertake our Leadership Essentials Programme, which will equip you with the key skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to become a future leader.
Who you are matters
You’ll need to have at least a 2:2 in any degree subject, and the flexibility to occasionally travel to attend training opportunities at various locations.
We look for inquisitive self-starters with a strong work ethic and the confidence to challenge how things are done. You should have an eye for detail with the ability to approach problems with a calm approach. Other qualities we’re looking for include:

What you’ll get out of it
Over 2 years, you’ll complete a 13-month apprenticeship designed to equip you with all the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to launch your leadership journey. You’ll also gain the Association for Project Management Project Management Qualification (APM PMQ).
Previous Graduates have rolled off into roles such as Project Management Assistant, Project Leader, or Scheme Project Manager. With regular opportunities to take on further training, you’ll gain industry accreditation, with the chance to attend networking events, webinars, and conferences.
