Your Opportunity:

As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll define possible. In other words, you’ll support the delivery of pioneering projects that will ensure customers’ missions succeed. As a key member of the Project Management (PM) team, your responsibilities will include:

• Helping the PM team to organise and manage the cross-discipline, matrixed project teams.
• Ensuring the PM teams meet schedule and cost targets as defined in the master schedule and in line with KPIs.
• Working with the Programme and Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of customer meetings and periodic reviews.
• Ensuring the project delivery team is responsive to customer needs.
• Providing the Programme and Project Managers with status reports on key Programme activities in accordance with the project drumbeat.

What You Bring (essential experience and qualifications):

• A degree (predicted or awarded) in a Project Management or Engineering subject.
• Familiarity with basic project management methodology tools, (e.g. Microsoft Project).
• Experience as part of a project delivery team – this could be in project teams at university.
• The ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems.

You must be able to achieve SC level security clearance for this role.
