Type of opportunity:
This Insight Week’s a great way to broaden your professional horizons and get a feel for what a career in this part of our business is all about.
The programme runs over four days, starting in April and September 2020.
You’ll learn about how we’re evolving to meet the opportunities and challenges of the future head on by shadowing talented female colleagues in our change teams.
Change & Business Solutions helps us to stay competitive and commercially successful by utilising key resources like customer experiences, data and the latest technologies so we can execute cutting edge and innovative change.
In the end, we support our business and our colleagues to become more agile, keeping us ahead of the curve so we can meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
We created this programme to celebrate and promote female talent in our business.
Over four days, you can look forward to:
It all kicks off with an induction day, so you can meet our current graduates and female colleagues, and learn about our vision and values. There’ll be time for you to network, as well as hear some top tips on how to prepare for the assessment day later in the week.
You’ll then spend two days shadowing female colleagues to get a view of day-to-day life, and so you can ask questions and learn more – all to find out if this is the right career path for you.
The week rounds off with an assessment day which includes a group discussion, interview and case study. It’s so you can show us what you’ve learned and for you to reflect on your experiences. If you pass the assessment you could be offered a place on our Summer Internship programme in 2021.
The Insight Week is unpaid, but we cover accommodation and travel costs if you live more than 30 miles away from the office where the programme’s based.
The programme’s open to all undergraduates finishing university in 2022.
We’re looking for people with a true passion for innovation and change, who like to face new challenges head on.
You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, and an inquisitive nature, paired with a technical mind set and analytical abilities.
