Recycle Direct is a family-owned company established for over 20 years in the provision of Service, repair and emergency response services to the Recycling Industry. We sell, manufacture, install, maintain, refurbish and repair all kinds of recycling machinery including waste paper balers, conveyors, and also steel and non-ferrous processing machinery.

We have an exciting opportunity for a marketing executive to join us and take a lead role in shaping the companies marketing strategy moving forward. The role would best suit a recent marketing graduate with a clear vision of marketing in the digital post covid era, although all applicants with the necessary skills will be considered. The key focus of the role is to increase sales lead generation and as such you will be working closely with the company Sales Director.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Manage all marketing and implementation for Social Media, Websites, CRM and PR
  • Maintain and expand on Recycle Direct & Recycle Den website
  • Set up campaigns to advertise Recycle Direct products
  • Develop new strategies and implement for key areas of the business
  • Research potential new customers and collate into a database of leads
  • Provide management with solutions and ideas

The Ideal Candidate will be strong in these areas:

  • Customer Focus – Always work backwards from the customer to find solutions
  • Deliver Results - Self-motivated and driven with high attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving - Quick learner and enjoys a challenge with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team Building – Great communications skills and works well within a team
  • Ownership – Be proactive and comfortable deputising likes a challenge.


  • Some experience with maintaining marketing campaigns, such as Google, Mailshots, Social Media, WordPress
  • Comfortable with using the telephone, inbound and outbound calls
  • Some sales experience is desirable
  • Some experience with a CRM system, training will be provided
  • Strong copywriting and computer literacy.
  • Well-developed commercial attitude.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Sound knowledge of Google Analytics or similar.
