The Global Technology Services (GTS) department supports all the IT infrastructures of Societe Generale Group. To provide to the Group's businesses lines reliable IT services by providing offers, services levels and optimized costs that meet the needs of their internal clients; such as hosting business applications, workstations, collaborative services, network and telephony.

We have the following opportunities to join this Team as a Post graduate Apprentice;

  • Service Desk Analyst
  • Data Analyst

Available qualifications

The qualifications on offer are aligned to the job you would be doing, giving you the opportunity to put your new skills and knowledge into practice as you learn them.

We are here to help you succeed, so we will provide fully supported learning throughout your time as a post graduate Apprentice. Also, you will also have a dedicated skills coach to support you through your journey.

For this position, you will enrol in our Data Analytics or Infrastructure Technician Qualification

Can you illustrate the below criteria?

  • An understanding of the Windows infrastructure fundamental knowledge: server, network,
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Windows 7 and 10 troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook 2007 and 2016 within a network environment
  • Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2007 and 2016 with emphasis on MS Word,
  • MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
  • Experience in troubleshooting Smartphones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client/Customer focused
