What you will be doing
As a Graduate developer, you will be building web applications and the application services that they rely on, working with a diverse technology stack and ample opportunity for learning and growing.
The technologies you’ll be working with include:
- Angular & Typescript
- While we don’t expect you to be familiar with the following, there’s room to grow your knowledge in the team on a broad technology stack. We use Docker, Service Fabric, Redis, RabbitMQ. Consul, Graphite/Grafana, ElasticSearch, PowerShell and more to get the job done.

We encourage fresh ideas and new approaches in our service landscape that comprises over 100 services in the production environment alone. We love C# and we love .NET. But we’re not afraid to use open-source. From Redis to RabbitMQ, Docker to node, we use plenty of good things from outside the Microsoft ecosystem.

Hands-on managers, who write code daily and understand technology. Even one of our directors writes code. Our in-house technology platform is a huge asset and we are constantly finding ways to improve it.

Say goodbye to bureaucracy, we make decisions fast here. We constantly try to improve through our retrospective meetings and our infamous “sticky note” sessions. Despite being a team of just 20 engineers, we still manage to push out 30-40 releases to production every week. There’s little room for getting bored in such an environment! We don’t work to deadlines (unless the regulators are involved of course) and we don’t work into the night.
You’ll be working with the latest tools and powerful hardware. Collaboration is encouraged and pairing-up to solve particularly tricky problems is the norm.
