£25,000 - £30,000

Job Description

Ready to fuel the success of globally renowned brands like Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders and Oral-B? Do you want to be part of the innovation and technological advancement of products used every day by millions of the world’s consumers? Want to work for a company consistently recognised as one of the UK’s leading graduate employers?

Then apply for an internship in Supply Chain (internally known as Supply Network Operations) at Procter & Gamble (P&G) which is at the heart of the company ensuring our world-class brands are available to consumers every single day. We are externally recognised by Gartner as one of the four Supply Chain Masters, a separate class to recognise long-term consistent excellence. Our interns lead the next generation of supply chain excellence, specifically focusing on automation, advanced analytics and insights. They work as project leaders for new product or promotional display launches, forecasting experts for multiple brands and they are often the face of our supply chain to some of the UK's biggest retailers.

What To Expect:

During your 12-month placement you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in Supply Network Operations (SNO) with P&G involves, and if it is right for you.

You will be working on live business SNO projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous SNO placement projects cover topics.

A year placement in Supply Network with P&G is designed to give students an intensive immersion in the exciting and challenging environment we work in. You will be entrusted with real, individual technical and business projects to lead, own, and execute over the course of your placement with us. To do this, you will be integrated into a diverse team from your first day and be responsible for delivering results to improve our business. If you have a strong dedication to lead, a hunger to learn, a thirst to overcome barriers, a ceaseless passion to win, and an interest in pursuing a career at P&G – this placement is for you!

This role is available at our sites across the UK:

  • Weybridge - our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle service from the station to the office.
  • Harrogate – our Northern sales HQ manages 40% of the UK retailer business, it’s only 20 minutes north of Leeds, with regular trains stopping at the office from both Leeds and York!
  • Newcastle (Cobalt Park) and Skelmersdale

What You Will Gain:

Responsibilities and Real Work from Day1 – You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.

Continuous training & coaching – You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits – This is a paid internship; the monthly salary for this role is £2,250. Full Time Role - Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. When we make a job offer, it’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.
