Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for delivering against our attraction strategy for critical workforce roles across the organisation. As a recruitment partner in the talent acquisition team you will work closely with hiring managers and colleagues across recruitment, providing advice and support on routes to market, proactively advertising and sourcing for suitable candidates, and supporting applicants through the process.
As a TA recruitment partner you will work closely with hiring managers and the wider recruitment team, advising on approaches to market, proactively sourcing candidates and promoting opportunities through effective advertising and content, using your own social professional channels and networks, encouraging & educating others to do the same, and being an ambassador for the organisation.
Your role won’t just be sourcing candidates, you’ll be involved in projects with colleagues from across the organisation, and depending on your areas of interest and expertise, will have opportunities to be involved in projects important to our organisation, which could include Diversity & Inclusion , Early Talent programmes or University & Schools Outreach.
