TARGETrecruit is an outsourced recruitment partner for graduate and college leaver recruitment. We work with businesses in a variety of industries when they recruit for medium or large sized graduate programmes and business hires between 5 and 1,000 people each year. This tends to be larger scale recruitment, which will involve a comprehensive online application process, various types of testing, video or multi-stage interviews and assessment centres. Additionally, we will often manage the marketing and advertising for the same programmes and attend relevant employment fairs.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within TARGETrecruit for an ambitious and dedicated individual to join our team as a Campus Resourcing Coordinator working on site for a leading media and technology business. It’s a fast-paced role which would suit someone with professional recruitment marketing or generalist marketing experience looking to begin a career within the recruitment marketing space. We are looking for a confident person who can provide excellent service and account management support to a major client in addition to delivering a full attraction service. You need to be someone who is resilient when working under pressure and has experience of prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
This role covers the full mix of attraction for the media and technology business’ school leaver, work experience and graduate programmes. This includes involvement in planning attraction, organising bookings (job postings, profiles, email marketing) and supplier payments, maximising return from media and other attraction methods, booking, organising and supporting events, university liaison and marketing, as well as supporting other parts of the business in delivery of marketing (for example support of social media team where appropriate). Reporting on attraction is important and analysis of what is effective and what can be improved upon in future activity. Incorporating the business’ creative and technical aspects into attraction and messaging to encourage applicants from target groups is important. In addition to attraction there may be some recruitment work, which could include booking applicants into interview/ assessment centres, attending assessment centres or applicant outcome interviews.
- Involvement in attraction planning for business.
- Booking media, fairs, university sessions as well as ensuring best / most relevant coverage from marketing mix
- Proof reading advertising to ensure on brand, intelligent, insightful and correctly written.
- Reporting on attraction methods and analysing effectiveness via different methods. Predominantly done in Microsoft Excel.
- Meeting and exceeding attraction and application targets.
- Incorporating creativity and media and technology business’ culture into attraction to help differentiate them.
- Supporting early careers recruitment team, central marketing and social media teams where required.
- Other recruitment duties where needed including work with ATS system and applicants to various programmes.
