This is an extraordinary opportunity to be part of our transformation journey and build a career in the Financial Services industry!
Joining us on a two-year contract in October 2021, working remotely/home-based, initially you will be working within our Head Office functions, learning about our business and our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ConcertHub. We will then support you to work directly with our advisers, guiding them on their journey to ConcertHub adoption, followed by further opportunity to work within our Central Office functions.
In the first three months, we’ll support you to gain your initial R01, Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification, developing your knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services industry including regulation, legislation and the Code of Ethics.
After getting to grips with how we operate you'll spend your first twelve months partnering with adviser firms to support their journey and transition to the adoption of the new CRM, with a focus on driving engagement within those firms. This CRM system will be integral to how our firms do business, provide advice and ultimately look after clients in the future. By understanding and helping them on this journey you will embed your understanding of financial advice, how our industry works and see firsthand how professional advisers provide clients with financial advice.
You will then move into the second year of the programme and will be given the opportunity to apply for 2 x six-month rotations within our Central Office functions. These opportunities could be within Business Change, Technology, Operations, HR and more. During this time, you will gain further insight into our industry and what it takes behind the scenes to deliver our strategy.
Also, in the second year of the programme we will support you to gain your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification, developing your project management capability and allowing you to continue your learning journey with us.
With our support this role could lead to a career in Wealth Management, supporting one of our many adviser firms and achieving Chartered Financial Adviser status. Alternatively, it could lead to a successful career within the Central Office functions of The Openwork Partnership itself.
