What to expect
Two years rotating through our Sales teams with non-stop learning opportunities along the way. Consumer households? Small to medium businesses? Public sector organisations? Wholesale? You’ll master them all, learning exactly how to profile and tailor your approach to each customer and sell them the services that meet their needs. You’ll also learn how to drive marketing activity and content while getting to know our amazing products inside out.

What we look for
As always in sales, personality is crucial. Our Sales teams work hard and have fun while they’re at it! That’s why we look for graduates with strong personal and presentation skills who are proactive and resilient enough to face any challenge head on. We would also love to hear from you if you have a technology background, although not essential for this scheme! You also need a 2:1 or above in any discipline.
