We are looking for an enthusiastic VPI Program Coordinator Graduate to join our team this summer, specializing in Turbo Technologies for our Components business Segment in Huddersfield, United Kingdom, During your role, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provides administrative and logistics support to program manager(s) and program leader(s) to manage, develop, and implement VPI program deliverables that meets needs of customer and business.

  • Assists in determining the scope, schedule, and resources with key cross functional, cross-Business Units, and external stakeholders, and obtaining stakeholder commitment and approval of the program contract.

  • Assists in ensuring adherence of the program(s) to Value Package Introduction (VPI) process.

  • Assists in tracking and communicating performance against the program contract with internal stakeholders as appropriate.

  • Assists identification and resolution of program risks, issues, and changes.

  • Serves as a resource to maintain databases and records for Value Package Introduction (VPI) program(s).

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Working towards or completed an engineering degree or a genuine interest in engineering

  • Project Management - Establishes and maintains the balance of scope, schedule and resources for new product development projects.

  • Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

  • Project Issue and Risk Management - Manages the process to identify, assess and prioritize issues and risks using recommended tools and processes to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of negative events or to maximize the realization of positive events.

  • Manages complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
