This is a multifaceted role, ideal for a graduate enthused by data and looking to work on research specialising in advertising and media. You will be part of the data team at an objective digital publisher relied upon by the marketing, advertising, media, research and academic communities.
At the heart of the company’s offering is its premium online marketing intelligence service encompassing written and empirical material from 97 countries. The data team provide authoritative trends and forecasts for advertising investment and media consumption in all major economies, which are used by media researchers worldwide.
You will be expected to oversee WARC’s dynamic publishing system, including collection and verification of data from hundreds of partners around the world, processing information to meet high standards, forecasting and publishing throughout the year to maintain our live database of 3,000+ Data Point articles.
You are a recent graduate or young professional fascinated by the work of online research and media/advertising, and what it means to businesses and consumers. You are comfortable with large data sets and consider yourself an expert in pulling insights and trends out of data and communicating these visually.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills – including Visual Basic – will be essential to your success in this role, as will strong written English and knowledge of PowerPoint or InDesign, atop basic HTML and superb organisational abilities. You are bright and engaging, enjoy working within a dynamic team, and hold a good academic record or demonstrable skill set.
