The graduate scheme at Alstom has provided me with a myriad of opportunities. By rotating round different areas of the business, I have been able to gain an insight into how trains are designed, manufactured, and maintained in service. I have also been trusted to deliver, in every rotation, where my work has an impact on real trains and the service we deliver to our customers.
