Since 2001, our expert staff have nurtured over 300,000 children aged 4 to 14 to achieve their potential, unlock their imagination and discover the magic of learning.

Our mission - Why do we do what we do?

Quite simply, we care. We care about children feeling confident with their learning, and parents feeling empowered by the curriculum. We care about supporting individuals from lots of different backgrounds to access engaging, inspiring content and meet true role models who act as mentors, as well as tutors. And we care about our people; that they are inspired every day to do what they do, and to bring our mission to life.

Equality and Diversity

We are proud to deliver tuition to an extremely diverse group of families, so it’s important to us that Explore Learning celebrates diversity and prioritises inclusion as both educators and employers.

We recognise that there is much more that we need to do to achieve this, so we held an employee focus group which enabled us to identify some key steps to better support diversity and inclusion at Explore. We want to hear from members of staff, regularly seeking feedback and suggestions on how we can constantly involve as an organisation. We have a diversity and inclusion working group that is made up of staff from across the business who meet up regularly to discuss how we can implement lasting change and achieve our goals.

Recruitment Process

Step 1 – Submit your application
Tell us why you’d like to work with Explore Learning and attach your CV.

Step 2 – Complete a maths and English test
Demonstrate your current knowledge base in these core subjects, with questions up to GCSE level.

Step 3 – Take part in a video interview
Highlight your skills in your own words during a live or recorded video interview – pick a time which suits you to open your webcam and shine!

Step 4 – Meet us in person
Depending on the role you’ve applied for, we might schedule a final interview so you can show us why you’re right for the role.
