I choose Mazars because during the application process I received countless support throughout each stage. Furthermore, even during the pandemic Mazars made each stage as personable as possible combining strong engagement with technology advancements.

Mazars focus heavily on training and how this can be so important towards quality. Each week basic audit knowledge sessions are run and I like that Mazars revolve around continuous improvement; even at partner level.

My first audit client has been heavily enjoyable. Even though the deadlines have been tough, the exposure I've received and the experience gained has been paramount. I've had the chance to run client calls individually and taken responsibility with all work allocations. Furthermore, I've had small opportunities outside of client work such as mentoring programmes, trainee Q&A sessions, being part of the social committee and other networking experiences like being interviewed for a blog about my daily life as an audit trainee.
