On the completion of a successful interview, our Workforce Team will be on hand to support you from the start of your On-Boarding process, right through to your first day! Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to have a DBS check carried out which will be fully funded by us. Our bespoke training package ensures you’ll have the skills and tools you need to excel, whatever your background when you join us. We also offer continuous learning and development opportunities to nationally recognised levels.
Our 10 day induction programme covers; Safeguarding, First Aid, Manual Handling, Learning Disability & Mental Health, Person Centred Care, Medication, Food Hygiene, Fire Safety, Equality & Diversity and those are just to get you started!
