With over 9 years of experience in the student and graduate employment market (a mix of commercial recruitment, and a spell working in a university careers service), it's an area I know well. The majority of my clients throughout my recruitment career have been SMEs. I understand the difficulties they face in making students and graduates aware of their opportunities. Especially when up against the bigger graduate employers.

Before starting my career in recruitment in 2005, my background was in customer service. I have carried this ethos into my recruitment work. You can see well over 100 recommendations from delighted employers, students, and graduates, further down this page.

SME Graduate Employment is a partner of the Women's Engineering Society, which encourages more young Women to begin a STEM Career.

A donation is made to 3 different charities each time a placement is made (IntoUniversity, Max's Foundation, Tourettes Action).
