Meet Dianne, Product Specialist

After graduating in 2018, I worked in the community offering advice to patients and assisting with their prescriptions, which I enjoyed and found rewarding. After a few years, I decided on a career change since I wanted to try something new whilst still building on the skills I’d gained during my time working in pharmacy. The Product Specialist role at TPP seemed like the perfect fit for me, as it gives me the opportunity to travel across the country, meet new clients, and provide support to our users across healthcare settings.

Delivering training and advice to end users on how to use the system effectively is the main focus of Product Specialists. My favourite part of the role is the variety of activities it involves – no two days are ever the same! I am learning more and more about the health care system and I’ve gained so much experience in understanding and communicating with users.

When I decided I wanted to change my career, it was a bit daunting and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, my colleagues have been a great support in the transition and the team is very friendly and passionate about delivering the best service and support for our users. They’ve helped me develop professionally and personally by making sure I’ve been able to build my knowledge and skills quickly, and this ability to learn is something I really value in a career.

Outside of work, I’ve been able to keep up with my hobbies, such as going to the gym, hiking, and trying new recipes. Working at TPP has really helped me build my confidence and I’m excited to continue growing my career here!
