The main office is in the City of London, with three UK regional offices in Birmingham, Exeter and Manchester. Outside the UK we have more than 80 lawyers and four offices across the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region (including Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai and Oman), as well as an office in Malaysia.

Our summer vacation schemes are a good way of finding out what life really is like as a trainee at our firm. We offer 36 places schemes across our London, Birmingham, Exeter and Manchester offices each year. During your time with us, you will be involved in real work - drafting, undertaking research, attending meetings and interacting with a range of people across the firm. We also host a winter open day in the new year – a combination of formal presentations and team building exercises designed to give you an insight into what a training contract involves.

Each year we recruit 25 trainees split between March and September intakes and based across our UK offices. All trainees undertake four sixth-month seats, and those based in London have the opportunity to spend time in one of our offices in the Middle East. You can expect to experience a broad range of departments and practice areas over the course of the two-year period. All trainees are teamed with a supervisor and it is their role to guide you through each of your six-month seats. From the outset, you will be given real responsibility and the opportunity to learn from hands-on experience in a supportive working environment. You will participate in a range of training courses (department-specific, firm-wide, and as required by the SRA) to aid your development.
