International Business and Management

The programme enables you to explore, with depth, the operational and strategic breadth of modern global business. You will explore operational contexts that will enable you to perform as a highly effective, internationally informed, manager. You will understand the principles and practice of business management and operation for different business sizes and models including small businesses and multi-national corporations (MNCs). The programme enables you to collect, appraise and analyse multi-source data and this enables you to cultivate your problem-solving and decision-making skills. The programme also allows you to reflect on your progress and develop intellectual skills through your engagement with case studies or 'real world' project work. In an academic context you will critically appraise published academic and business literature, as well as organisation policy and practice.
