Entry requirements

To apply for a PhD, you should, as a minimum, hold a first or upper second class honours degree of a UK University (or equivalent from an overseas institution) or a qualification which is regarded as equivalent to an honours degree such as professional qualifications. This should normally be in a discipline that is appropriate to the proposed research.
If you have a first or second class honours degree (usually a 2.1) or an equivalent qualification, you may be eligible to apply for this course of study.
