Data Analytics Specialism
This specialism addresses the growing area of data science and science management. You'll explore methods and techniques that enable identification of data to answer strategically important questions. You'll review organisational infrastructures for capturing and managing large volumes of data, and identify database and cloud-based technologies that enhance it. Finally, you'll explore issues such as ethics, privacy, and security.
Fashion Management Specialism
This specialist route will equip fashion managers of the future with strategic, creative and commercial skills for the global fashion industry. The modules this specialism will cover include integrated marketing strategies, the application of trend predictions, new concepts and strategies for sourcing and supply chain management; and buying and mechanising functions.
You will need:
- a first degree (normally 2.1) or an equivalent professional or academic qualification
- a period of professional work experience incorporating operational responsibilities – three years minimum, preferably five
- academic or vocational references.
In exceptional circumstances applicants without a degree will be considered, if they can demonstrate in their personal statement that they have been in a senior management position, managing people and budgets, for more than eight years.
