Applicants must hold the following qualifications: 2:2 degree or above in Law. Degrees must be a qualifying law degree as specified by the SRA. Students with a lower degree may still be considered subject to satisfactory interview; or a Graduate Diploma in Law. IELTS requirement 6.5 with a minimum of 6.5 in each component or Swansea University recognised equivalent.
Modules may include: Business Law and Practice; Litigation; Property Law and Practice; Wills and Administration of Estates; Professional Conduct and Regulation; Course Skills; Solicitors Accounts; Family and Child Law and Practice; Advanced Commercial Law; Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence; Business Leases; Employment Law and Practice; Advanced Criminal Practice.
Assessments are through written examinations, written assessments and live skills assessments (advocacy and interviewing).
Tuition fees for years of study after your first year are subject to an increase of 3%.
