Currently staff expertise exists in corpus linguistics, computer assisted language learning and stylistics. Internationally recruited staff offer a wide range of relevant experience and contacts across countries and continents as well as different levels of kinds of education. The MA in TESOL is intended for those who have already begun to develop an informed interest or have some previous training or relevant experience in the field.

Entry requirements

The typical entry requirement is a first degree in English Language or a relevant discipline, normally a lower second (average 55 per cent) or above or equivalent. Overseas students are expected to possess an IELTS overall score of 6.5 with at least 6.0 in each component.

Fees

Tuition fees for years of study after your first year are subject to an increase of 3%.
