This MSc programme, through consultation with business and industry (both large and small), is set to establish the key graduate skills and attributes required to succeed in a management and/or leadership role in the engineering sector.
The typical entry requirements for the MSc Engineering Leadership and Management are a first or second class honours degree in Engineering, or a relevant science discipline. English language requirement IELTS 6.5 (with minimum of 5.5 in each element) or Swansea University recognised equivalent.
