This course is available to lawyers and non-lawyers alike. It provides choice by enabling students to choose from specialist pathways and modules to build a degree that matches their career aspirations, research pursuits and personal interests. Students can choose to specialise in the following pathways: commercial law; corporate and financial law; intellectual property and information technology law; transnational criminal law; international protection of human rights and personal freedom; the legal practice (top-up).
An Honours degree in any subject (at least 2.2). Applicants with relevant work experience, may be accepted following an interview with the programme leader; students whose 1st language is not English should have IELTS 7.
