This course provides relevant, up-to-date skills that will enhance your engineering competencies. You will broaden your knowledge of electronic engineering and strengthen your ability to apply new technologies in the design and implementation of modern systems.
A second-class honours degree in a relevant subject, or equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications.
English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.0 with no component score below 5.5.
Modules include: VHDL and digital systems design; advanced DSP techniques; mixed signal processors; sensors and measurement systems; microwave and wireless technology; communication system analysis.
A range of assessment methods encourages a deeper understanding of engineering and allows you to develop your skills. Assessment methods include written examinations, coursework, laboratory-based project work and a major individual project/dissertation.
