International Commercial Law with International Economic Law
Develop an understanding of the policy issues that arise in the development and implementation of the international economic legal framework. Choose from modules on international economic law and sectors including finance, trade, innovation and investment. Leads to careers in government agencies, international courts and tribunals, multinational corporations, law firms, and academia (subject to further study).
LLM: Entry requirements: You are normally required to have a good undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). However, our participants come with a variety of relevant legal and non-legal experience and all applicants are considered on individual merit. IELTS: 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent).
LLM: Advanced issues in international commercial law; International economic law; International investment law; Competition law; Topics in business economics.
