Specialist modules include: European Patent Law; Judicial Protection in the European Union; Economic Multi-level Governance in the EU; European Copyright Law; EU Health Law.
A minimum 2.1 Honours degree, or international equivalent, usually in law or a subject with a sufficient legal component. Other qualifications will be considered as will applications from candidates with work experience in a relevant field. English language requirements are a grade of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each component, or equivalent.

Assessment is by essays and a dissertation.
