Lettings & Property Manager

The Role

We are looking for a proactive Lettings and Property Manager to join our experienced and exciting team based in the vibrant Eccleston Yards, Victoria. You will be joining a team that is responsible for a portfolio of London residential properties. Competitive salary, dependent upon experience, plus discretionary bonus. Unlimited holiday after completing 1 years employment at Chambré.

• Residential property or high-end hospitality / service industry experience
• Enthusiastic, hardworking & self-motivated with good attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Great IT literacy
• Great interpersonal skills and good at building working relationships
• An excellent team player who enjoys working in a small team but is also able to work on their own
• Able to prioritise workload and multi-task

Duties will include:

• Market appraisals, oversee marketing, handle feedback, negotiate offers
• Preparing properties for market, arranging photos, floor plans, EPCs
• Tenant referencing, drafting ASTs, arrange inventories, processing deposits, overseeing the move in
• Responding to enquires and carrying out property viewings
• Routine property inspections, annual safety checks, updating utilities
• Handing AML and dealing with due diligence
• Overseeing maintenance issues, decoration and repairs using appropriate contractors
• Overseeing move outs & negotiating deposit deductions
• Liaising between clients, tenants, contractors, agents and other parties
• Keeping data up to date on software systems
