Who are Cibyl?

Cibyl are a student market research consultancy that empowers employers and educators to be more student-focused. They are experts in supporting employers with their early careers attraction and hiring strategies, as well as improving access to careers support and employability, with the hopes of bettering the student and graduate experience.

What is the Graduate Research?

Cibyl’s Graduate Research is the nation’s largest career aspiration survey. The survey focuses on your experience with graduate recruitment and your perception of career guidance at university.

Why is it important for you to participate?

The anonymous survey will be shared with employers and educators across the UK to help them better understand the struggles students face when deciding their paths after graduation. Employers and educators then use the research to make data-informed actions to support, hire and develop the next generation.

Who can take part?

Cibyl are looking for all students and graduates in the UK to participate – the more people they can get involved, the more reflective it is of the UK student population and the more change they can make to the recruitment process!

How long do I have to get involved?

The survey closes on Monday the 20th of January. It takes around 10-15 minutes to complete and is totally anonymous!
