Zoe's Experience

Zoe completed a BAE Systems industrial placement in 2019, before progressing to a software engineering role on the graduate programme.

On placement, I was able to work alongside those who are doing meaningful work and was seen as a peer. It gave me hands on experience in the industry, with experts supporting and teaching me along the way.
