All Ways Dance Records Marketing Internship

All Ways Dance is a modern electronic music label that embraces the shifts within the music industry. We are artists’ partners who push dance culture forward. We harness data, insight and technology to build careers and maximise opportunities for our roster.

We are looking to hire a summer intern to help across all aspects of the marketing department of our label. You will be working directly with our artists, their managers and many stakeholders across the industry.

The roles and responsibilities are:

• Keeping track and notes of correspondence between Founder and their artist reach outs and the progress of those conversations.
• Assisting with our social media strategy and organising our posting campaigns.
• Assisting with diary organisation for the founder.
• Adding creative ideas to our campaigns.
• Taking notes during meetings.
• Sitting in meetings with our distributor to discuss Spotify pitching.
• To help with discovery of new artists.

Key skills and requirements:

• Passionate about electronic music and a desire to have a career in the music industry.
• Attention to detail.
• An understanding and use of all social media platforms (Tiktok especially).
• Good personal skills.
• A hard work ethic.
