Offices & Dress

7.3 / 10

(based on 7 ratings in 2019)

"Offices are pleasant and meeting rooms are very nice but some buildings are quite old. The dress code is smart but fairly relaxed."
Entry level, Ampthill, Bedford, Bedfordshire
"The offices I frequent are good with relaxed atmospheres."
Graduate, Bedford
"We could do with more stationery and it could be better organised. Overall, the facilities are good with a canteen, Starbucks, corner shop, courtyards, Koi Pond and on-site gym. Buildings are all connected together but they are a bit of a walk. There's a nearby shopping park (ten-minute walk) with a Tesco, Burger King, McDonalds, M&S, Halfords and Next. The train station (with connections to London Waterloo) is a 15-minute walk. The dress code is up to the employee to decide but still needs to look presentable."
Graduate, Havant
"The offices are mostly open and free and I really enjoy this format as it allows people to be open and communicate freely with each other, although others may prefer a cubicle-style layout. The dress code has very recently been relaxed at one of the business areas to allow individuals to wear anything they deem sensible."
Graduate, Havant

"The office environment is good and I can easily talk to the relevant people in my department and have my individual desk space. The site is somewhat aging, though, and this can be seen by the decor in certain buildings. The dress code is smart with dress down on a Friday."
Graduate, Ampthill
"The dress code is smart casual and you are able to dress down on Fridays. My office is new and the location is good."
Mid level, Whiteley
"The offices are of a decent standard, although a little old due to the history of the site."
Graduate, Bedford
"Our offices are clean and tidy, if dated. We're in a beautiful location and it's a great place to come to work. The dress code is mostly formal business wear but varies across the site and depending on your role."
Graduate, Ampthill
"Some offices are very nice but the rest are in need of a bit of a refurbishment to make them look more modern, functionally though, they are all good."
Graduate, Ampthill

"The dress code is business casual with dress down on Fridays. There is a canteen and a Starbucks with collaborative spaces, booths and sofas. We have ping pong tables outside and, for one or two days of the year when the weather is nice, there are tables to work on outside. There are also two small kitchens for preparing lunch and a Tescos and big retail park just a five-minute walk away."
Graduate, Havant, UK
"The Ampthill offices are a little old and outdated, they could do with a refurb. The dress code is smart (shirt and trousers) with working Fridays being dress down."
Graduate, Ampthill - Bedfordshire
"I work in Whiteley where the office is a new and really nice place to work. The dress code is smart formal and you can dress down when working on a Friday."
Graduate, Whiteley
"Offices are good for the most part, our canteen could do with an upgrade though. The dress code is not a massive concern and working Fridays are dress down. The Ampthill location is mainly accessible by car but there is a bus stop right next to site."
Graduate, Ampthill
