"My personal experience of the firm has been very positive in regards to pro bono work. I worked for a pro bono client in my first seat and regularly attended meetings and drafted documents for them as part of the pro bono initiative. I have not been involved with any pro bono legal work in my second seat, but I have been involved with the firm's CSR programme, which is very much encouraged and sees fee earners take a morning out every couple of weeks/months to help with local projects."
