Why an award specifically for black heritage students

We celebrate diversity. Our customers are incredibly diverse, so we should be, too. We want you to fully embrace being yourself. Whoever you are. Wherever you’re from.

That’s why we’re committed to a target of ‘20 and 5, by 2025’. 20% Black, Asian and Minority ethnic representation and 5% black representation.
