Illumina are a Global Biotechnology company, growing at a rapid pace, we are currently looking for an Administrative Partner to join our mission, to improve human health by unlocking the power of the genome. The Administrative Partner is responsible for supporting our Field Service and Support Team, enabling them to deliver first-class customer success. German, French or Spanish language skills will be an advantage as well as fluent English language.

You will collaborate closely with Field Service Engineers and Field Application Scientists to assist in all post-service administrative tasks relating to Work Order management post service activities, as well as collaborating with the broader commercial team to support customer satisfaction and internal Quality Assurance compliance.

You will be based onsite at our European Head Office in Cambridge UK.

Why You

This role requires proficient communication, time management, situational awareness, poise under pressure, and collaboration. You will be expected to build and maintain excellent relationships across district Service and Support teams, Regional Product Support, Customer Service, and Quality organizations. You will have fluent English language skills alongside either German or French language skills.

Qualifications:

You will be working towards a degree in a business-related or biotechnology related field. Broader backgrounds will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Updating, checking, and coordinating of all field work-orders for compliance and ensures that best practices are followed.
  • Daily reviewing status and progress of all cases and WO for the Sub region and ensure that SLA terms are followed.
  • Responsible for creating GIS tickets and follow to resolution of all DCP related issues.
  • Engaging with Eindhoven Distribution Team on all issues related to RMAs (especially for Non-EU countries) and ensure that parts are shipped from customers back to Eindhoven in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to process improvements and provide input for correct documentation.

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate as an independent contributor and as a cooperative member of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • German and/or French and/or Spanish language skills in addition to English language skills
  • Ability to successfully operate in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Computer experience and competency is a must
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Office-based position
