"The environment is very inclusive. There are lots of things to get involved in within the office and my team is sociable after working hours too."
Finance, Graduate, Edinburgh
"The culture is definitely forward-thinking, which is key for me. I never feel like people are stuck in their ways in terms of their jobs. Outside of work, there have been a few after-work drinks organised, which is always nice. There is no intimidating hierarchy, other than the natural one that comes with some people having more experience and knowledge than others. These people are always open if you were to ask questions and I don't feel like I'm having to prove myself, although I do feel a desire to add value to the team and am keen to start adding real input."
Graduate, London
"I love my division's culture because I can bring my whole self to work without being worried or concerned. I like that the structure is quite flat and I like that most people are willing to help with anything you need. MIlan is not like London in terms of socialising after hours because there aren't drinks with colleagues or similar initiatives, I think there should be a greater effort to bring people all together on occasion."
Graduate, Milan
"The culture is comfortable and you can wear what you like. The holiday culture is relaxed and it feels like the firm genuinely cares for its employees. This is highlighted by the networks, benefits and other initiatives. After-hours socialising could be better for analysts, but there are some events. I would also like to see more things such as a rugby team for the office, or a golf interest group etc. There does not appear to be anything like this or any clear way to set this up. The firm is very flat and there is a strong culture of teamwork, both intra- and inter-team."
Graduate, London
"The people have been extremely approachable and welcoming."
Marketing, Graduate, London
"Collaborative, innovative, high performing and client focused. Socialising in my team occurs a few times a month and at lunch times."
Graduate, London

"Everyone is really friendly, both among the analyst class and within teams. Senior colleagues are approachable and make you feel that you can ask questions."
Graduate, London
"There's a fairly flat hierarchy (I have interacted with directors since day one) that's supportive and flexible."
Graduate, Milan
"It is a very corporate culture and can feel quite competitive at times."
Graduate, London
"There's good teamwork and the social gatherings are fun (not all of them are about drinking). The overall culture is very inclusive and very work/life oriented, although some managers can have something of a face-time attitude."
Graduate, London
"There are many associations that you can join and people are usually very up for catch-ups and coffees. I have the ability to talk to senior people and ask them questions as well. Regarding holidays and hours, you can manage your time as you want so long as you manage to do your work."
Graduate, London
"The overall culture of the company is a bit American (which can be irritating) and a large portion of the management comes from the US, even in the London office. However, there is a good teamwork and cooperation culture as well as a good socialising culture within my team."
Entry level, London
"It's a great culture as there are lots of social events and the people are very nice. It's easy to communicate with other people in the company and you have a say in what you do and what is being done in projects."
Technology, Graduate, London
"There's a very flat culture with the flexibility to work in your own style with the setting and hours that work best for you. After-work gatherings are very relaxed and a great way to get to know your own team or other people at the company."
Graduate, London
