Both take the form of a conversational discussion. On the job praise (and constructive feedback) is common where deserved."

Associates are good with giving recognition and praise, which makes you feel like a valued member of the team."

"Relationships with partners develop naturally. You do have to be willing to put yourself out there but this is part of the culture and you are not frowned upon for doing so."
