About Kraft Heinz
The Kraft Heinz Company is one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world. For more than 150 years, our brands have been part of mealtimes across the globe. Today, we have Kraft Heinz Company employees in 40+ countries and a portfolio of over 200 legacy and emerging brands. We spark joy through our iconic brands, including Heinz, Kraft, Bull's-Eye, HP, Lea & Perrins, Quero, ABC, Master, Plasmon, Orlando, Benedicta, Honig, Pudliszki and Wattie’s, among others.
We are united by one vision: to sustainably grow by delighting more consumers globally. Supported by our team of more than 37,000 food lovers, creative thinkers and high performers, we bring that vision to life across our brands, markets and communities.
In the UK&I, our business brings this global scale to life through the brands, sites and teams that serve consumers every day. We have more than 1,100 employees across the UK&I, with three UK factories in Kitt Green, Telford and Worcester, alongside our UK office at The Shard in Central London. Across our portfolio, including much-loved brands such as Heinz, HP Sauce and Lea & Perrins, our people work together to make food that is enjoyed in homes across the UK&I.

Making life delicious
A globally trusted producer of delicious food, The Kraft Heinz Company provides high-quality, great-tasting nutrition for eating occasions at home, in restaurants and on the go.
Our purpose is an inspiring call to action and our reason to exist. It reminds us, day in and day out, why we're here. As a food and beverage company, our products and brands spark joy, bring people together and create memorable moments across the globe. With dedication and passion, we provide consumers and their families with products they know, love and trust.
Growing something great
We grow our people to grow our business. That belief sits at the heart of the Kraft Heinz employee experience and shapes how we develop talent, encourage ownership and create impact.
We champion people who bring ambition, curiosity and fresh thinking to the table. At Kraft Heinz, you will be encouraged to learn continuously, speak up, challenge the ordinary and take responsibility for work that matters. As our people grow, our brands and business grow with them.
We'll give you the freedom to shape your own direction and deliver in your own style. Bring your ambition, keep growing and show us what's possible. Come ready to dream. Come eager to grow.
Our culture and values
Our culture brings together the scale and heritage of a global company with the pace and energy of a business that is continuing to evolve. We work across teams, functions and markets, learning from different experiences and perspectives as we lead the future of food.
Our values guide the decisions we make and the way we work every day:
• We are consumer obsessed.
• We dare to do better every day.
• We champion great people.
• We demand diversity.
• We do the right thing.
• We own it.
Together, these values create a culture where people are expected to act with curiosity, honesty and accountability, while supporting one another to succeed.
Our impact
Our responsibility extends beyond the products we make. We're committed to responsible and sustainable practices across our business, consumers and communities. Through our global partnerships, we've helped donate approximately 334 million meals to combat food insecurity globally.
In the UK&I, that commitment comes to life through local partnerships. Since 2019, we've partnered with Magic Breakfast to support children at risk of starting the school day hungry, donating over 20 million meals to date. In Ireland, our partnership with Barnardo's helps support vulnerable children and families across local communities.
