Exciting graduate and apprenticeship programmes.

We are committed to improving diversity in our recruitment and to developing relationships in the local communities in which we work. Typically, our business has attracted graduates with an interest in business or maths. With our apprentice plan, we also attract candidates who are aged 16 plus from a variety of different backgrounds.

As an Investors in People company, we support both professional and personal development training.

For administration staff, we provide guidance and mentors for the Certificate in Pensions Administration through our industry professional body the Pensions Management Institute.

Our annual XPS Values in Practice Programme launched in 2020 and celebrates people and teams who truly embody XPS values.

Our five Employee Networks – XPS Women’s Network, XPS LGBTQ+ Network, XPS Menopause Network, XPS Disability Network and XPS Multicultural Network – play an important role in our culture.

They lead our inclusive programme of events, campaigns and workshops, such as celebrating International Women’s and Men’s Days, Pride Month and Black History Month, our Be Yourself at Work campaign and our workshops on LGBTQ+ Allyship, the importance of self-promotion for women’s careers, menopause awareness and confidence when speaking up.
