Ever wondered what it takes to work at the forefront of nuclear security, physics, cyber science and engineered safety? On our Insight Day, you’ll step inside AWE and discover how we protect the UK, innovate with purpose, and solve some of the most technically demanding challenges out there.
What you’ll get:
• Insights from staff whose careers started just like yours — engineers, scientists, analysts, apprentices
• A hands-on challenge that shows you the mindset, teamwork and problem-solving involved
• Guidance on apprenticeships, undergraduate roles, and what we look for in applicants
• The chance to ask questions, make connections, and see if AWE could be your next big step.
If you’re a STEM student, early in your career, or simply curious, this is your opportunity to see whether you belong here — and to take the first steps toward shaping the future.
