The Future Insurance Professional of the Year Award 2026

We're searching UK universities to find the Future Insurance Professional Undergraduate of the Year. We’re looking for students who can demonstrate their resilience, innovation, and commitment to excellence — someone who can bring new ideas, fresh perspectives, and innovative approaches to problem-solving.

To enter, you must:

• Be an undergraduate student at a university in the UK
• Be in your second year of a three-year course, or third year of a four-year course at university
• Have an interest in the insurance industry

This award is open to students from all degree disciplines. However, Allianz is particularly interested in hearing from those studying or interested in: underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, marketing and communications, human resources, IT and technology, customer service, sales and distribution, and risk management.

You could win a nine-week paid summer internship with Allianz starting in June 2026. This could be based in any of our UK offices offering an internship, in underwriting, data, general insurance, operations, sales and marketing or any part of our business that matches your degree or career aspirations. In addition, you’ll receive 1-2-1 mentoring from a senior colleague.

The winner will also become one of our Allianz Global Scholars and win £2,000 towards your final year(s) of study.
