In joining CBRE’s Industry Placement Scheme you will be getting a real insight into the world of Real Estate. You will be working alongside industry experts and specialists, who will share invaluable knowledge and experience with you. What is the opportunity?

Our Industry Placement is 12months long and will be starting in September 2025.

We offer a the opportunity to work in an office for 12 months to get exposure to a range of teams within commercial real estate.

What you will need in order to succeed

• A forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual with a passion for real estate & the built-environment
• Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and proactive with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management
• A second year university student on track for a 2:1 minimum
• Cognate students will need a RICS accredited degree
• OR, Non-Cognate students from any degree discipline are welcome to apply
• Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
• To maximise learning, we ask all of our next generation cohort to be in the office on each of their working days
• You may from time to time be required to work additional hours as are necessary
