We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial graduate to lead software sales efforts as CEO UK Branch, earning 20% of all software revenues generated in the UK market. This role offers the opportunity to run your own business while representing Blackbell.

Your Role: CEO UK Branch

As the CEO UK Branch, you will operate independently, running your own company, and being fully responsible for driving the sales of Blackbell’s software products across the UK. Your primary focus will be to grow Blackbell software sales while managing your business and strategy.

You’ll receive 20% of all revenues generated from software licenses in the UK, giving you a significant financial incentive to increase sales and reinvest into growing your business.

To give you an idea of the potential: One UK-based no-code agency of 4 people brought in £2,000,000 in license fees over 3 years. Your goal will be to 10x that.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Grow Blackbell’s software sales in the UK.
  • Revenue Royalties: You’ll earn 20% of UK software license revenues, which you can reinvest into sales initiatives (including your compensation), marketing, and hiring to further grow sales.
  • Business Development: Build and nurture a network of freelancers, agencies, and influencers to promote Blackbell’s software tools to service-oriented businesses across the UK.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with local influencers, key businesses, and industry leaders to increase Blackbell’s visibility and sales.

  • Recent graduate with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for sales and digital business solutions.
  • A self-starter who is motivated to independently drive software sales and grow the customer base.
  • Great communication and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills, with an understanding of the UK’s service-based SMB sector.
  • Previous experience or interest in no-code tools and digital platforms is a plus.
