We are looking to recruit an ambitious, commercially minded and dynamic graduate, who can develop into a top performing professional headhunter and be involved in searches for some of the most respected law firms in the world.

Ideally, you will have a law degree, or if your degree is in another area, then you will have a keen interest in the business of law and a career in recruitment.

Your primary job will be to headhunt and interact with lawyers in London and continental Europe. You will combine your headhunting activities with research to develop your own knowledge of the legal market and you will need to create bespoke, well-crafted content for social media/LinkedIn to build up your profile and credibility so that you can initiate conversations and bring people to the table.

You will need excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills with the ability to express yourself compellingly, as well as to actively listen to understand. As part of the team, you will spend significant time speaking with people in person, on the phone and via video, hence the need for excellent presentation skills and good personal interaction on the telephone and face to face is essential. An excellent memory, clear and concise note-taking and being able to relay information to your colleagues will be absolutely essential. You will need to enjoy being in a people business and initiating conversations.

This is a commercial role with a clear focus on results and business revenue generation, in which you will be well supported by the leadership and wider team and encouraged to build a career by continually learning and improving. This means that your progress will be dictated by your own drive and ability to reach targets. Age and experience is not a barrier if you have the tenacity and resilience to get your point across and be persuasive. It is a friendly but commercial working environment with measurable deliverables and easily achievable monthly commission, plus annual bonuses.

Contract hours are 9:00-17:30. However, people who excel in reaching their full earning potential understand that this is not a typical 9-5 job. We are a networking and relationship driven business, where people will need to speak/meet out of working hours and urgency is important – also, we are an international business with clients overseas.

We work flexibly and currently work 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
